Participating in any service offered by Calm Space Wellbeing is entirely at your own risk. By booking a session, you confirm that you have disclosed any relevant health conditions and understand the nature of the service being provided.
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation from Calm Space Wellbeing. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.
We ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged at 50% of the session fee. Missed appointments without notice may be charged in full.
If we need to cancel a session, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or alternative appointment.
Payment is required prior to or at the time of your session unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer and card payments. All prices are in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
Where you purchase a coaching package or programme, sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe. Unused sessions beyond this period may be forfeited. Refunds on packages are at our discretion once the programme has commenced.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calm Space Wellbeing shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from:
